Hi all.. where is best place to buy needles and syringes and best size needles please. Trying to make sure I’m doing it as correctly as possible . Thank you for all your advice on here.. been an absolute godsend and I don’t think I would still be able to work without all your precious help.. happy new year everyone and let’s hope we all have a better 2022 🎉🎊🎉🎊🎉🎊

You can buy needle from medisave I'm sure other places too.The needle size depends if you are doing subcutaneous or intramuscular

You will need a 21g 11/2 " or similar to draw it up then change needles

I have 30G 1/2 " needlex for sc. Finest you can go. Some use 27G . 27- 30 fine

For IM the nurse uses 23G blue but many use finer 25G 1"

2ml syringes compatible with needle

I also bought a ampoule snapper

exchangesupplies.org also supply needles , syringes and alcohol swabs . They have my favourite syringes — the “nevershare “ which are extra secure at holding the needle .
