Sharps for self-injecting

I am lucky enough to be getting everything I need to self-inject from the NHS, but my husband, whose levels are quite a bit higher (159) and who does not (yet) have neurological symptoms, is not so lucky. We've decided to get him ampoules from Germany (amazon.de) but I'm a bit stuck on which needles to buy. Mine are 23g/0.6mm x 25 mm, but I can't work out what ones to order for him, or whether I can get sharps from the UK.

Advice greatly appreciated!

You can get needles easily in the U.K. from medisave.u.k. I would get 25G x 1inch needle .The higher the G number , the finer the needle. . This is for I.M injections. B12 is water -based and flies easily through a fine needle .
