Some supplements that have helped me a lot. Glutathione, berberine, and alpha lipoic acid.

I've had great results with reducing numbness and brain fog by taking Glutathione, berberine, and alpha lipoic acid.

It's been a nice reduction in the neuropathy since taking these supplements. They all have effects that help with what we're going through here.

You'd need to read up on any sort of medication interactions you might have with these, but they've been really helpful for me to deal with the symptoms and might be useful if you don't already know about them.

Berberine for example interacts with medications that do stuff with your liver and so there could be side effects. It's something you have to look into.

I really wanted to share these in the hopes that they could help someone.

No, I'm from the USA and didn't have insurance.

Back when I could afford it, I went to the doctors but they couldn't find anything.

It started when I noticed I was losing feeling in the tips of my fingers. My feet were getting numb. The apathy and sadness hadn't started yet, but that would come later.

What did help me was that my mother was getting treated for breast cancer at the time, and her cancer doctor mentioned that it sounded like I had a severe b12 deficiency.

I later learned about this stuff from online searches and the fact that I had identical symptoms to what other people described.

My symptoms are mainly numbness and memory loss. In my case, it's worsened by eating carbs and sugar. It took me years to learn that carbs do it too and I initially cut all sugar out of my diet.

I found these supplements looking for stuff that helps with neuropathy, and got good results.

The alpha lipoic acid being the one that had the biggest impact.
