They didnt mention my B12 but I found an old blood test from 2019 which says: Serum vitamin B12 273 pg/ml

You are right. How many people on this site alone have been saved from being crippled, bed ridden and in terrible pain!

I wonder how many older people long gone would have appreciated the help and insight from this website. I know for sure it would of helped me with my crippled mother and grandmother.
