So if high sublingual tablets are working for me- meaning I am no longer B12 deficient- an MMA test will confirm that this is the case?

Yes I imagine your MMA level should return to within normal limits.I expect someone better informed will come along

Keep up your sublinguals though if the cause had not Been found fir your deficiency.

The easiest thing to do is to go by symptoms. MMA is a metabolite from just one process that needs B12 so it isn't going to tell the whole story about what is going on in your cells. Its only worth doing the test if your symptoms have returned.
