Hiya,

Does anyone know if Vitamin C supplement affects B12 IM injections of hydroxocobalamin and methylcobalamin? I’m self medicating these on alternate days. I don’t have pernicious anaemia, I had surgical removal of lower ileum 15 years ago and am on NHS waiting list for neurologist.

If you were having b12 orally I'd say yes, but b12 IM no.I might be wrong. In fact I had vitamin C this morning, b12IM yesterday so we will see.
