b 12 tablets
It depends on whether you have an absorption problem or PA.Some find taking b12 3x a day can make a difference.
It is possible to passively absorb some.
It's not enough for me .
You can buy 50mg or 100mg at any supermarket pharmacy.
I eoukdnt spend much incase they do nothing.
I've tried loads
I've tried sprays
I've tried 1000 mcg sublingusjs
500mcg mixed with beetroot powder and organic and vegan capsules.
No harm in trying
They work fir my sister but she has never had injections
Absorbtiin lowered from food to 114(range 180-800) dont know measure as done in India
Oral forms keep her levels in the 400's now.
hi thanks for your reply do you know wether it causes muscle aches in legspain under toes feels like pebbles and constipation sorry for so many questions
this has all started in the last six months
Personally I would keep pushing to see a doctor as it’s possible the tablets might skew a blood test. If your diet includes sources of B12 such as meat, fish or shellfish then you should be getting enough in your diet. If you are not absorbing it and that is leading to your issues then you want to be starting on injections as soon as possible.
It’s frustrating that it’s so hard to see a doctor these days!
