I found out Feb 1, 2019 that I was deficient. I was told to take b12 supplements. I’m guessing I had been deficient for maybe 4 years or more as I got really sick in 2016. Looking back, the symptoms I had were possibly from b12. No one ever checked nor did I know anything about b12.
Fast forward. Anxiety went away. Now I’m getting what seems like neuropathy/nerve pain. Burning sensations on my fingers, arms, feet, hands, legs. My skin will feel itchy for no reason. I tried lotion for dry skin but never helped. My finger tips will burn and my palms from time to time will be sensitive to whatever I’m touching.
(I do have asthma and allergies but these symptoms described above started late last year into this year). Not to be gross, sometimes burning pain down my leg and feet when I have to use the restroom.
Does this sound like neuropathy from b12?
What were/are any of your symptoms?
I live in the US and was never given injections. Sometimes I feel my doctors don’t want to help or know what to do.

Yes. From April 2019 to now it has. My last blood test was in December. It was over 2000. I was told to stop taking the supplements. I still am taking them.
This is sounding a bit similar to what I’m experiencing! I have quite low b12 but recently had my injections for it. I am experiencing horrible symptoms like burning in my arms, face, legs and hands. Pain everywhere, really bad anxiety, chest pain and others. I also have asthma to. I would also like to know if its neuropathy from b12 as the doctors keep telling me that my anxiety is causing a flood of symptoms which i know it isn’t
