Use chrome so it translates , go to checkout and then pay via pay pal.

Don't click on use PayPal before going through checkout as that won't work.

Register with company probably helps.

Glad to hear that! Mine arrived today too ! Only difference is that now they have to fill out customs forms which are attached to the box . Delivered by DHL courier . 👍

Mine didn't come DHL it came via Parcel Force.There's custom forms attached but wasn't asked to sign them.

That sounds a bit suspect to me.

When you ordered did your payment go through and has it come out of your account?

Did you get E-mail confirmation that your order had been accepted?

Yes I thought it was a bit suss too. No money has been taken yet. When I placed the order it said it would be 2 weeks.

If I’m remembering it correctly I had this problem once and it was because I tried to pay by credit of debit card. I think I solved the problem by paying with Amazon pay. The payment then went through normally and the order confirmation was issued immediately. I received the B12 just a few days afterwards.

I did get into a bit of a fuss as I think it said my card wasn’t up to date on Amazon plus I couldn’t remember my password.

Do you think I should just go on chrome and do another order?

I’m not sure to be honest, I assume on chrome you’ll have the same problem if you try to pay by the same method? I think it’s the payment method rather than the browser that’s the issue?

You could try it but if it doesn’t work it might be easiest sorting your Amazon account out? Then you’re all sorted for future orders too.

I did sort Amazon, although I’m not certain it needed sorting, but so at least that’s one thing solved.
