Had a long visit with my GP today to discuss all the things going on. I started to explain that I vet significant pain relief and have energy for a few days after. In passing I said that I'm on my second week stretching it to a monthly dose and it's been a bit exhausting.

He interrupted me and asked, "do you want to just stay on weekly doses? Because it's not going to hurt you."

I didn't even have to ask. He just gave it to me. I love this man. He trusts me to know my own body. He treats me like a parter not an authoritarian.

I’m so pleased for you . You are exceptionally fortunate to have such a doctor . So many of us experience aggression and arrogance when even just trying to get a b12 injection more often than 3 monthly . I don’t know if his attitude will ever become widespread , but we can but hope .

That’s great to hear sgboyd.you are right to treasure him there’s not enough gps like that,I especially detest the one I have now,he becomes really agitated with me and insists one thing only over and over andI insist no these are the multiple symptoms I’m having but it’s just a losing battle and I leave feeling defeated so you hold on to your lovely gp and well done for finding him x

Try and change the one you see. I've one like that in my practice . He tries to block everything . He blocked a referral to Ent

Tried to stop my b1w Injections.

Not sure why??

Can’t Nackapan it’s a village practice no other ones around so stuck with them until I move again.I’m just getting ready to go for private blood tests for Sjögren’s syndrome and Lupus and R.A because even after a year self injecting I know I’m still not right and fit all the Sjögren’s symtoms so ive arranged testing ,ive got to get some sense of normality back in my life and not feel so unwell all the time,I thought at first the b12 was the answer but it’s obviously not so on I go again on the searching merry go round.Have a good day and thank you xx

I don't want to go more. It makes me insomnic that first night. I am afraid I'll never sleep if I do it more than once a week. I've been laying here all night because I took it bgg late Monday night (I usually take it in the a.m.) Now I have a St Paddys get together in a couple hours and I just want to stay in bed.
