Pernicious anemia websites

What are the best websites to learn about pernicious anemia? There is a German site I'd found when first diagnosed that was excellent, and I can't recall the name. If anyone knows, I'd be grateful. Other useful sites would be welcome too. Thanks!

The Pernicious Anaemia Society - pernicious-anaemia-society....

Tracey Witty's B12d Deficiency - b12deficiency.info/

Those are the only two I can recommend. There are others, but they're full of rubbish (like saying that the heart is a nerve!).

The most comprehensive German website about B12 is vitaminb12.de. I think there was an English version too, but there is no language changer, nor I can remember the URL. But if you're familiar with the German Language you probably will be satisfied.

I've just checked it out and I'm not that impressed. They don't seem to do any checking of their sources. They have a news article saying that mango kernels contain a lot of B12 (50% of the RDA per gram). But, when you follow the references, there is no explanation as to how those numbers were obtained.

A lot of what they say is just plain wrong.

Mango kernels? Really? I didn't have a look at that website for a long time, so I wasn't aware about that kind of trash. Thank you for checking it, maybe I have to revise my judgement about them. In fact, the best information one get is from those sites you mentioned above. Bad luck for everybody who doesn't speak a little English, so, that's the other side of the coin.
