I am experiencing an increase in pins and needles in my left arm, they come on in waves several times a day and are quite intense for 5minuts or so. Anyone else experiencing similar? I was diagnosed with PA 20 years ago and get by on a 12 weekly cycle of injections.

Peripheral neuropathy caused by a B12 deficiency is unlikely if you've being treated for 20 years. It also tends to occur symmetrically in the extremities. So it's almost certainly caused by something else.
as fbirder says it doesn't sound like the sort of neurological problem caused by B12 because it is asymmetric. Is there any correlation with being in particular positions or activities? Have you recently used any tools that can cause a significant amount of vibration? Trapped nerves in the neck or shoulder could be part of what is going on.
No, I have experienced pins and needles for many years as a result of misdiagnosis of PA which left me with all sorts of damage, time to see the doctor I think
