Had CBC with diff, CK, Ferratin, B12 and D.

WBC slightly elevated as it has been for over a year now with no explanation.

B12 at 700

D still low but almost normal now.

Everything else normal.

As for B12 I have been doing weekly injections and daily oral supplements since Jan. I am due to start monthly injections now. I'm scared as I still get excessively tired, my pain seems to decrease only a day or two after my shot but I don't know what to expect. All the doc said was that I'm having a good response to meds.

Rheumatologist said I need to lose 20 lbs at least (how when I sleep all the time?) And is referring me to a fibromyalgia clinic.

Maybe the pain is only slightly related to B12?

Has anyone had similar labs after treatment? What did they do?

Not an expert but maybe wbc is to do with auto immune condition?

Keeping increasing your D should help. Some people need it above low/normal to get healing

Have you tried cutting out gluten/ sugar to see if it helps with the pain and weight?
