Nope.

B12 injection on Friday, vaccine on Saturday. Sore arm for a few days. Nothing else.

I had my b12 two days before my vaccine and suffered a washed out, achy feeling for 24 hours. Oh and the sore arm.

My friend was vaccinated the day before me. He was wiped out for about 16 hours - fatigue, fever, aches. Then it all suddenly disappeared. And he's not B12 deficient.

Yeah, I also know of a few people who have suffered similar side effects and it’s not b12 related. One was a really fit 18 year old, the other a generally well 50 year old. Luck of the draw I guess 🤷🏻‍♀️ Worth the short term side effects IMO 😊

Yes, most people experience these after effects following the Covid jab. Very common.

reading your previous history with possible lupus and fibromyalgia diagnoses there are distinct autoimmune possibilities that you won't find in most people on this PA forum. These areas are very poorly understood - together with chronic fatigue which has some commonalities. So you wont find any immediatr solutions I'm afraid. It's likely that your immune system is bearing down with the new additional loading and all I can really suggest is rest and more rest together with whatever energy management protocols you use for your other symptoms and with time you will start to feel better.

I'm not sure my reaction is related to my PA, but I have been running a low temp since second Pfizer injection on Feb. 11. Blood work and chest X-Ray are good, but fever persists. Definitely makes one tired, like in need of B12, but my cyanacobalamin injections are right on schedule. That's why I have doubt that it is PA related.
