Pruney Fingers and Low Oxygen

I haven’t been officially tested yet but have had several vitamin deficiencies over the years including B12. The symptoms I don’t recall having is pruney fingers and low oxygen levels. I also suffer from anxiety so I am still trying to sort out what is connected with what. I read where these symptoms can appear with low B12. I hope one of you can assure me that I am not losing my mind. Thank you so much.

HiYou definitely aren't losing your mind! Low b12 affects circulation so could certainly be the cause. There are lots of other things that it could be as well though, so best to get it checked out by a professional.

Yes many symptoms do overlap with other things too A minefield infact.

Get bloods of as many things as you can .

Iron thyroid, ferritin ,,other minerals and vitamins. Celiac disease ect

My Gp did this .

Rule things out.

Keep a log.

I'd never had anxiety until b12 deficient so for me that was a definite symptom of low b12 .
