Hi all I awaiting my second Injection at the start of march. Every now and then I get a prickinling sensation on the outside front of my thigh. It's not pins and needles it's like a spikey tingly sensation. And the floaters are back in my eyes. Anyone else suffer this?

Hi, a lot of us get weird neurological sensations. Bizarrely, just after I've self injected I get prickling in the other sites where I inject ( I rotate sites )

E.g. If I've injected into a thigh, I also feel slight discomfort in the other thigh and upper arms. ( and vice versa )

It doesn't happen every time and it doesn't necessarily affect all sites.

I don't often tell anyone this, because it feels nuts to me too ! 😲

As for eyes, I have had many floaters for many years and the quantity and how much I notice them varies.

Since having PA, I find my vision has deteriorated more quickly than I'd have expected with normal ageing, night vision is terrible !!

But as with everything, if you are concerned about your vision , please consult an ophthalmic optician asap, especially if you have larger showers of floaters than normal, flashing lights or a 'curtain ' in your field of vision.

Good luck with the injections and hope you feel better soon. x
