Hi guys I'm a 21 year old male and I just had my first shot and I feel a bit wheezy is this normal? I'm a bit anxious but also excited because I want my energy back so bad. How should i be feeling? Got a bit of redness at the area of inj.

Everyone is different. Depends on how long you were deficient what symptoms ect.

It takes time and recovery not always in a linear line.

I hope it picks you yo very quickly

Try and rest and let it start the repair work

Not ever heard of this as a side effect (I'm a Pharmacist). But anxiety can lead to wheeziness and it's common to have emotional reactions to starting a new treatment. Sit back and let the B-12 do it's work. I hope you experience a quick recovery, but it can take time depending on how low you were.

If you are feeling wheezy straight after your shot I would recommend calling your gp for advice. It could be a reaction or anxiety, or something totally unrelated. I hope you get some energy back and feel better soon.
