B12 and folic acid deficiency

Hi all just wondering if I am able to take feroglobin for my vitamin b12 and folic acid deficiency instead of the injections there only vitamin capsules as I have been due my injection since November and not been called for it I have been taking the feroglobin for a while and I feel ok except a little dizziness here and there not all the time just every so often

If you have injections because you have a B12 absorption problem then the tablets aren't going to help. the folic acid is a good maintenance dose.you need a tablet with at least 1000mcg - that is 100 times the amount in the tablets you are taking, and even then that doesn't work for everyone
