Symptom relapse - confused

I have been receiving injections since July and feeling much better. Not perfect but better. The past week I have terrible shortness of breath, chills, aches, fatigue. I haven’t felt like this in months. I do think it’s B12 related and not something else. Is it normal for this to happen? If so what causes these periods of regression? I’ve spoken to 2 different docs about this and they just shrug their shoulders. They make me feel like since my blood levels are up I should feel all better. That is not the case for me and I’m starting to worry.

Thank you for your reply. I just had a whole round of tests and everything came back perfect. I have been getting monthly injections and that has seemed to work ok for me. I’ve been pretty busy with the holidays fast approaching here in the US. Maybe I’m just over doing it. Thank you for reminding me I am still early in my healing journey. Patience has never been a strength of mine but this sure does require a lot of patience!!

Have you had a COVID test? Those are some of the symptoms.

No but I’m pretty sure this is B12 related. I used to feel like this a lot before diagnosis and treatment. It had gone away for months and a few days ago bam, it all came rushing back.

I find this very normal ...... I have good and bad periods and I don’t know why. Been like that for years. The only thing I do know is that if I’m stressed it’s worse and if I eat very healthy it’s better on average.
