hi been having b12 for 7 years haf one yester feel as if I been fun over by a bus not happened before

Its enormously unlikely to be a reaction to B12 after seven years. Much more likely to be a viral infection. If it lasts for more than a day I would get a covid-19 test and act as if I were infectious. gov.uk/get-coronavirus-test
