CCMH and TCMH are the Mean Corpuscular Haemaglobin Concentration and the Mean Corpuscular Haemaglobin, in French.

If these are high it can be a sign of macrocytic anaemia if the Mean Cell Volume is also raised. It can also be a sign of by hyperchromic anaemia caused by too much iron.

If those are the only unusual results and they aren't too far above the normal range then they're probably just normal for you.

This is interesting fbirder. I had a high MCH result (34.8; 32 top normal range) but everything else was normal (B12 was 330) so my GP wasn't interested. Still had all the classic symptoms and decided to start self injecting. I felt worse at first, than better only for a week or so so continued injecting every other day until the symptoms stabilised. It's been 3 years and I now need an I jection every 4-6 weeks.

The symptoms come back very quickly when I let days go by. The main one being that I start to feel like my body weighs twice it's weight and any movement becomes an effort, breathlessness, tinnitus, restless legs etc...

There is little doubt in my mind now that I am deficient in B12, the return of symptoms are too striking and timely but the only blood indicator would be my MCH levels.
