World Kindness Day

Nov 13 is world kindness day. It’s important to be kind to others but if you have PA remember to also be kind to yourself. I’m a few days off getting my injection. I know I need it because I have brain fog, pins and needles and I am clumsy, I am breathing like Darth Vader, and have already called a hose pipe the water spraying snake this week. I know these symptoms irritate others, I see it in their reactions, but today I shall just respond with “be kind”

While I like the idea of a World Kindness Day, I would say "go with it" and if the Day makes you and others feel it is a better place, then keep on the kindness for a year or preferably for ever. We all need some kindness and it is as good to give it as to receive it!
