I replied to keep the case open for my mum.

I've now had a curt reply to say the case has been closed.

NHS England do not commission district nurses.

Centrak Clinical commissioning group do. Have to deal with them.

Why is it all so divided??

They asked in the link to be told if anyone not receiving treatment??

Seems like they giving g it lip service .

I was naive to think it was under one main body.

I did write again to say if the district nurses do refuse to give the b12 injection it's back to the Gp.

They are under NHS England so please do not shut the cases just yet ad surely you would like the outcome.
