I wrote using the link sleepybunny kindly supplied.

They advised to write to the practice manager.

They offered to forward my concerns to the practice manager on my behalf

They said if I wanted to proceed with a formal complaint to tell them

If you dont reply withing 3 days the cases is closed.

The latter is a very small timeframe .

But a reply which is promising if need help.

I hope this is useful for everyone struggling with their surgeries

I'm hoping the last promise of my mum getting g her b12 injection by the presently visiting district nurses happens on Thursday . I dont think it will be that quick as they need to sent the prescription I assume . That's what they used to do. So mum had it rather than the nurses bring it . ??

I've replied to keep the cases open

We will see.
