After a year of being unwell, I have a fantastic endocrinologist that listened and did a raft of bloods, b12 has come back at 146, not sure what the range is, but sounds low to me, I'd appreciate anyones thoughts please?

Bunny, the range should be listed right beside your result. Or did he or she just verbally tell you your number?

It is very important that you get a copy.

First, where are you located? There are different measurements and different ranges.

I am in Canada and our normal starts crazy low - I believe 130 something.

Wonderful that you're on your way to figuring this out. Good for you to keep pushing.

Thankyou for your reply, my consultant documented this result in my letter, I'm in the UK.

It might be low, it might be high. Without the range it’s impossible to tell. Every lab has a different Normal range.
