Hi I have PA diagnosed in June 2020, b12 was 127. Been on 2 times a weeks for 8 weeks but last 10 weeks been on daily. At night when I lie on my back sometimes I get lottle tingle in my left thigh. It was this thigh where I experienced pins and needles in may before my diagnosis. Should I be worried? My fear is I have MS.

Tingling in left thigh at night
Ask for a referral to a neurologist, it’s the only way to be sure.
Good morning PhilAB I agree it’s obviously very concerning for you so just to put your mind at ease I’d get a referral.take care x
I take it by the replies that it is a sign of MS?
Definately not no one has suggested that and remember that b12 deficiency Is often mistaken for ms not the other way round.
This is the problem with the written word on these forums it’s so easy to read things into replies when you ask for advice ,as you know we are not medically qualified so try and point you in the direction of the right resources to answer your questions, nothing more.Good luck and go see your gp again to discuss.
Hi Phil, I’ve just had my mri results back from head and spine, basically I took a medication nearly 4 years ago that caused neuropathy I then took it again a few months ago (long story) and neuropathy came back the neurologist thought it was remitting ms but now admits it could be the meds as my scans haven’t changed, I do know my neuropathy symptoms have worsened (a lot) since injections to the point were I can’t walk xx
Thanks Thrones. I had a few pins and needles attacks in May, mainly when I cycled. When I started injections for 4 months nothing, then last few weeks I get some tingles only when I am in bed, lying flat on my back. If I move or rub it then it goes away.
