B12 worse

B12 injection. When I SI

My ear burns inside more I get done say healing

But it’s so bothersome

I’m going out my mind with it

Also more neck pain

More issues in general which puts me off injecting Ie mire neck pain burning ears etc

They wasn’t burning earlyer

Now they are

I injected 6am

As I was heaving literally and feeling unwell

Day 3 of no injection

But without it

This morning

I was breathless palpitations

Belly weird ache

Now I feel worse with ear burning

I just am so be sure mysrkf I really am and don’t want to live like this no more

My thyroid results (bloods) came back fine I had an ultrasound and it showed my thyroid is massively inflamed xx
