Earthing

Has anyone heard of earthing? Of all the claims made, the majority seem to fit with B12d. Thinking of giving it a go as anything bypassing drugs, if it works, would be a bonus.

Lurcher-lady. Don't know anything about earthing but here's a research paper I found (dated 2012). Sorry, but don't have time to assess how the research was conducted, sample size, peer review, reliability (or not) of conclusions etc.

ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articl...

But be aware - if you have B12 deficiency, then earthing will do nothing at all to address that deficiency and failure to treat with vitamin B12 will result in continued symptoms and the potential for long-term and potentially irreversible neurological damage.

Untreated B12 deficiency is ultimately fatal (hence 'pernicious').

Thank you Foggyme. Yes I realise it won’t address any deficiency. I self inject but still have some annoying/wearing symptoms. Thanks for your kind reply 🙂
