First time self injecting

I’ve just done my first jab (IM) on my own!

I’m allowed them every 8 weeks at GP’s but can feel the effects a few weeks before, so had decided that if they wouldn’t budge on the schedule I was going to do it myself at 4 weeks.

I’ve found it really straightforward.

Feeling very pleased with myself!

Yay! I’m in control!

Great stuff, I started mine 3 weeks ago. I wish i did them earlier. I inject into my shoulder, I find buttock hard and I feel uncomfortable with thigh.
