I tried to order from the German Amazon site and two other pharmacies in Germany mentioned on this site, but each one would not mail to the US.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

I live in WA & get mine with a script at the local Safeway pharmacy. Have you tried asking a doc for a prescription? I found my GP was very open to it when I approached her with study data (many docs aren't that knowledgeable about PA) and the symptoms & testing supported the diagnosis. How often do you currently inject?
Thank you SouthSounder,
What articles would you say were most convincing to your doctor?
This one lays the condition out well & is from a journal generally respected by physicians aafp.org/afp/2017/0915/p384...
You can obtain B12 cynocobalamin from Canada without prescription .biosenseclinic.com will supply cynocobalamin in vials and single use ampoules (safest ) A packet of 10 costs$38.95 Search for VitaminB12 injection
You asked specifically for Hydroxocobalamin . Its quite easy to get Cynocobalamin from Canada without prescription
As you can see-EllieMayNot gets single use ampoules of B12 Hydroxocobalamin from the sites I mentioned ,namely- BODFELD and Amazon.de . Best of luck .
I order mine from bodfeld-apotheke.de/ in Germany. It has taken anywhere from 10 to 30 days to arrive here in the States. The shipping is expensive but I wanted single use hydroxo vials and had very few options. I use the Pascoe brand as they come with 1500ug (1.5mg) per vial. You can also order them from Amazon.de, Again, shipping is quite expensive and you have to find a vendor willing to ship to the US. Both sites have the ability to be translated to English.
Thank you Ellie, I have tried four times to order from them, using Amazon Pay, but they reply that they cannot ship to “that address”. I live in SC and have tried to send it to a couple of different shipping addresses here in the states, each time receiving the same red flag at checkout.
Any suggestions? Maybe it’s been a while since you’ve ordered from them and they have changed their policy?
Thanks so much for getting back to me
I haven't ordered since last October so perhaps something has changed. Sorry you are having such difficulties.
Because I am concerned about not being able to source, I just placed an order, successfully, from Amazon.de: amazon.de/gp/product/B00KTG...
I have ordered from this vendor on Amazon.de before without any issues. It is for 1000mcg/ml ampules. Again, shipping is costly but cheaper than Bodfeld.
EllieMayNot!! Thank you, thank you, thank you! I was able to order from that company. I ordered two sets of two equaling forty ampules The total cost plus shipping works out to under $7. an ampule.
That’s about the same as Walgreens wants to charge me for 1 cyanocobalamin with my insurance.!
I can’t thank you enough for going to the trouble of sending me the link you have done me a great service
I get a prescription from my doctor. He was very open to my request. Have you asked your doctor? If you want to spend the money, I asked my local Patient First clinic and they said that they will sometimes give a B12 shot without a prescription. I think they charge $40.00.
My doctor was not open at all. I am now trying to convince a nurse practitioner to provide me with a script.
You should just find a practitioner that will give you a script; I am in Miss. and have a prescription for hydroxycob. through CVS pharmacy, but unfortunately the only manufacturer of hydroxy in US just stopped making it (during pandemic?), so CVS couldn't do my last refill, so I think I will have to settle for Cyanocob. It is so much cheaper with a co-pay rather than ordering vials through mail order -- I probably only paid $25 for a vial that would probably last 30+ shots, syringe/needles are only 20 cents, etc. (i.e. if money is of any concern, given the need for frequent injection you should hold out for a prescription).
Another advantage of getting a script is insurance generally covers all or part, factoring in copays, etc. , if applicable. I also have a prescription for the syringes, I do have to pay for those, but only 25c/ea.
I live in the US, San Jose Bay Area ( fires going on) and have ordered Cynocobalamin without prescription from the b12Vitaminstore.com a couple months ago for about $35 for 30mlg, 3x 10mlg vials.Their B12 comes from Thailand but it ships from Arizona. I was a bit suspicious initially about it but I did a bit a research and the Thailand company has been around for years and it supplies other big companies. Their website is very upfront, they say they take their own products. Then when I contacted customer service I received a response within 24 hours with the information I requested and they arrived when they said they would. I did take one vial but then my wonderful GP doctor agreed to prescribe what I needed. I ordered quite a bit because I was concerned my GP would not give me what I needed. I’ve been blesseed and she has prescribed what I needed as she says “ I can’t argue with progress”. You also can order online from health stores. People take it without prescription just to boost tgeie energy!!! You have a short consultation with one of their doctors . But it’s so much more expensive!!!! I specially as we need more quantities. had been an ex professional dancer, a ballet teacher, very active mother of 4 kids ( older) and in 9 months after a weird hip flexor injury I had so much nerve damage ALL over my body that I could barely walk or even move my arms as it would hurt my hip- basically bedridden. Fortunately, the GP that diagnosed me is AMAZING ( after 12 doctors including specialists: neurologists, etc) . After the 1st week of daily injections I realized I not only needed to continue it daily but knew I needed 2 x 1000 mlg b12 injections a day. That’s quite a bit! She was a bit reticent at first, concerned that was too much. But she heard me, I’m quite in tune with my body, and allowed me to continue. In about a 2 months I was walking an hour a day with a quick pace, 3 months I was able to start stronger PT by myself including doing ballet! I’m still recovering but most people would not notice it. I’m slowly decreasing the B12 intake and let us say my recovery in none than miraculous as I was basically and in lot of nerve pain. In July I slowly tried to decrease the amount of B12 and was at at 5x days 1mlg, 2x days 2xmlg but had what I call a “ flare” and had to up it again to 2mlg for another 2-3 weeks. I’m at 1 1/2 mlg daily right now and trying to slowly decrease it. It has been 5 months now. I hope this helps.
Forgot one more thing...I use GoodRX which is a Prescription Drug saving card. Google it, you’ll have coupons that you show at your pharmacy and then they send you a card. I pay $30 for 30mlg without insurance!!!! I pay nothing to them! No scams or hooks. I’m in California.
