Lack of b12

I just feel awful ache all over and fuzzy head confusion mad dreams ( when I get to sleep) keep waking up every 1 1/2 all night. also my skin breaks out and mentally I don't feel great.

I was getting neo-cytamen injection every 3 months some times a little less than 3 months now Doctor wants to give injection every 6 months instead.!!!Cant go on feeling so bad. But my new doctor says as my level is 600 I'm doing fine its in a good level what do others think???? I'm going to go back to him and tell him I need it.

Assuming you are in the UK -

Tell your doctor that you want to be treated as described in the British National Formulary.
