Buzzing in my nuts

Last week and a half started getting a vibration or buzzing in my testicles read alot on other people with same issue anyone find out what it's from I have blood pressure issues other than that I'm healthy just turned 30 and it started out of nowhere

I don't get buzzing in my nuts but I do get it in my lower abdomen. I think it is caused by a lack of vitamins or minerals. Taking a multi vitamin and staying hydrated seemed to cure mine.

I get them and it's reducing with bi daily B12 injections. Mine started as neuropathic pain down one inner thigh and as treatment started to heal me, it shifted upwards to testes and anus.

I do not mean to be unkind but I just logged on because I'm due for an injection tomorrow and I feel awful and weepy and anxious and your title was the first thing I saw and it put things in perspective for me and a giggle. I hope you feel better soon.
