Thank you Canada

This is for anyone in the us, who needs b12. The German pharmacies are not delivering to the states at the moment so I ordered from buy-otc.com and they are really great! The Canadian pharmacies don’t require a prescription and delivery to my house in Oklahoma took about a week. They only have cyanocobalamin but it is good stuff, it’s working really well for me. The ampoules are really expensive though, 40 dollars for 10, so I’m using the 10ml vials from them. Those are only 15, which really isn’t bad at all. Feels good to have a good source of medicine with reliable fast shipping!

I also ordered a couple 30ml vials which I am a little uneasy about, because I am afraid they will start to go bad before I can use it all, since once it is opened air can get it. Does anyone have any suggestions for that? Maybe if I put it in a ziploc it’ll last longer?

I’m happy For sure but still a little jealous of those of you in Britain, because the German b12 is like 40 bucks for 100 ampoules last time I checked and y’all can get it shipped to you so fast. Gotta make do with what I got though!

Hi Xena2202 I have long ago "flagged" that Canadian supplier in the eventuality I can no longer get cyanocobamalin here in the U.K.

I wish you well

You can still get Cynocobalamin from bodfeld-apotheke.de . Select English language at the top right drop down language list . Search for Rotexmedica B12 . I’ve just been on there and 10 ampoules cost €4.80 .

This is a good reliable German online pharmacy .

I actually looked at them today and it said they couldn’t ship to my address. Not totally sure why but they may have stopped shipping to the us. Or it could just be my address..

Sorry , but I was replying to clive alive , who I know lives in UK . I realise that you live in USA , and cannot access the German online pharmacies .. I think that it’s wisest to stick to single use ampoules . I would never risk several - use vials in a domestic situation .

Hi! I’m from Canada and pay $5 for 10 ml but only because a friend is a pharmacist. Normally they would be about $9. Are you saying that 10 mls cost you $40? If so that’s crazy! They don’t expire for a long time but I go through them quickly as I’m injecting 3x per week. Glad you were able to get some!

Yes but only if you buy the ampoules! The 10ml vials are pretty cheap. I hope they make it otc in the us like it is in Canada one day

I have recommended buy-otc.com to several in the US, maybe even to you. They are a lifesaver aren’t they?

I have bought my cyano from Canadian pharmacy for several years. I use biosenseclinic.com They ship to USA and sell 10 & 30 ml multi-dose vials as well. Price comparable to OTC. BTW - It is considered safe to use a multi-dose vial no longer than 30 days after initial draw, regardless of the expiration date on the vial. I write the date on the vial when I first open it so it is easy to remember. That is why I only buy 10 ml vials, except I bought a 30 ml when doing daily loading doses. Be sure to follow proper aseptic technique when drawing and injecting.

Hi Xena2202, sorry to hear that you are unable to get your usual supply but at least you are able to get something from Canada.

As a thought, if you must keep the cyanocobalamin open ampoules you may want to consider drawing the full amount into a Luer Lock Syringe Barrel’ and capping it off with a ‘Luer Lock Male Cap’. If you search for the two you will see what I mean. You can then draw off what you need as and when. Of course keep it out of sunlight as best you can and maintain very high standards of hygiene and safety with the ampoule, syringe barrel and needles. Obviously this is not recommended by the manufacturer of the drug. Good luck!
