Help with iron results

Hello folks. Am I in the right group to help in regards to iron results?

There are people on this forum who are very knowledgeable, and will know about the type of Anaemia caused by lack of iron . But Pernicious Anaemia is caused by vitaminB12 deficiency ,not iron . I’m sure someone will come along with some advice for you .

hi wedgewood, thank you for the reply. shall i write a new post ? i also have some questions to ask about thyroid nodules so might be better popping onto the thyroid site and ask everything there.

Yes . I’m surprised that no one has responded . . But they maybe saw that there had been one response , and left it at that . Before I got Pernicious Anaemia , I thought it was just a very bad case of “Anaemia”, which I knew was caused by iron deficiency. But that is not the case ! Yes , writing a new case on the thyroid site . is a good idea . Best wishes .
