buying needles - learn from my mistake

In preparation for my self injecting at home I have ordered needles etc from Medisave...

In my befuddled state I thought I order 10 of everything to try, before buying larger quantities.

My parcel has arrived today and when I opened rather large box I realised that each item is 100 off, so now I have 1000 needles (green and blue, so together 2000 needles) and 1000 syringes :-)

Well it is funny :-) (if slightly annoying)

Having said so, in today's world a lot of people have far more serious problems, so "Amor Fati" and move on...

On the plus side, injected myself few minutes after the parcel arrived - happy camper.

I will expire long before they do, even if I inject myself once a week :-)

You could put them on eBay, tell us your eBay name and we could buy via there - would save you have to worry about how to get the money as it would all go through the eBay process - just a thought ;)

Wow, what a good idea!!

I know we can't sell ampoules but I like the idea of being able to make up parcels and sell to specific people through ebay - I had never thought of that.

It could help people get started more easily.

Thank you!

Thanks for sharing - at least they are sterile so you should be able to use them for some time to come. Its an easy mistake to make

I made the same mistake. Although I only ordered 3 as I wanted to try with one of my ampoules from the doctor to make sure I could actually do it. So yes, 300 needles and syringes... 😂😂😂

I doubt they will accept them.

Even unopened packs if incontinence pads after a death would not be used...??

Such a waste ...your think a nursing home could use them

So I doubt they would accept needles

Me too! I did that, but a bit better, mine was only 100 of each needle. I have practised on an orange and did well, so fingers crossed. Still waiting for my B12 from Versandapod. They said it had been dispatched, so fingers crossed. It is sunny and warm here in Scotland. Take care Keep safe everybody.
