I have been having B12 injections for about 12 years, every 3 months. But I still feel very exhausted much of the time. It comes and goes, but even at my best I don't have lots of energy. This is even a couple of weeks after my jab. I also have a horrible hollow feeling in my stomach and feel nauseas. Might this be because I am not getting frequent enough injections, or something else entirely? (I am 64, normally very fit, and also take thyroxine). I guess my question is, are these symptoms of insufficient B12?

I suffered terrible nausea (and frequent vomiting) for many years until I started having regular B12 injections, perhaps you need yours more frequently?
