Almost everybody in the whole world has at least one MTHFR mutation.
Your B12 level is very high (mentioned in another post). Why do you want B12 injections?
Having a MTHFR mutation doesn't make you B122 deficient. It might, possibly, make you slightly deficient in methylfolate. Try getting that from amazon.de

a) you don't needmethylcobalamin
b) as pointed out on earlier post you need to stop for at least 3 months- probably more - for B12 levels to fall as you have been taking very high dose oral so the results don't mean anything - certainly a bit of a leap to jump to functional B12 deficiency at this point.
Did the supplements make any difference to the symptoms you have - if not then it is extremely unlikely that B12 is actually the problem.
