Hi All,

I was reading a news item about a young woman in Scotland who is one of the youngest people in UK to have MND diagnosed.

Every time I read a story like this, I wonder if B12 deficiency could be contributing to the symptoms.

Article about B12 deficiency and MND/ALS

ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articl...

Just curious if anyone on the forum has had MND as a suspected diagnosis and then found out they had B12 deficiency.

I think MND is mentioned in Sally Pacholok's book "Could It Be B12.

I have always wondered about my diagnosis of MS which came many years before my PA was picked up.

There's a chapter in Sally Pacholok's book that mentions misdiagnosis of B12 deficiency as PA.

In my original post I was referring to MND/ALS and in above post I meant MS.

There are so many misdiagnoses of B12 deficiency.
