If you have pernicious anemia does it mean that you are in the risk group for the coronavirus? Will someone with pernicious anemia be able to fight off coronavirus normally?

of itself having PA and being treated shouldn't put you in an at risk category.

Being B12 deficient could lower your immune system but if you are being treated you shouldn't be B12 deficient

if you have other conditions, particularly conditions affecting the respiratory system,, or have recently had an upper respiratory tract infection, or are on immuno-suppressants for other conditions then that would put you in an at risk category. If you have a cardio-vascular condition then that could also put you at higher risk.
