The blog post has been updated today I think and mentions more about what to do if you can't get your B12 jab because it is considered non-urgent treatment.

Some useful advice mixed in with some advice to stick your fingers in your ears and sing "LaLaLaLa"! For many people, the only way to survive will be to get ahead of the game rather than wait for info to filter through. If the government is considering getting people to do something in 2 weeks time then do it now instead. So, if you are over 70 (WHO say over 60) or have any health conditions that make you vulnerable, then my advice is to self isolate now.
