Currently my surgery are using Gerot Lannoch pharmacy (Austrian)

I suppose its cost driven but all must be pretty similar. Is this the case?

I’ve just paid about £60.00 for 100 Rotexmedica B12 depot ampoules from a German online pharmacy . (includes courier €9.89) That’s 60 pence for an ampoule . So cheap, when you consider it keeps us P.A. patients from a horrible slow decline and death! If I can buy them so cheaply , surely the NHS, with its buying power, can get them even cheaper ?
I know!! I'm fighting that battle.
They still will go for the most cost effective .
So all similar it appears
The pharmacist has permitted pharmacies to order from for the NHS.
Its because they only geared to to IM 2-3 monthly.
As so many of us cant cope with this the process if changing anything in the NHS is very slow. It can happen though.
Drugs are used off licence all the ti.e.
The need isnt recognised yet by so many medics for the frequency of b12 .
Not a drug so no money made for research. Not a Money maker
Wedgewood, you said you can still order from Rotexmedica. Can I ask which site you order from please ?
