Gastro panel test

I had this blood test done today, hoping it would give me some view why I am not absorbing vitamins. medica-tradefair.com/en/Gas...

Anyone else had this or similar test? It also tempted me as it tells something about the level of gastric acids.

I wanted to do PA tests but as these cost me doing it without referral I figured if AG found it's kinda pointless to do PA tests? And if no AG no need to do PA tests?
