Wrist still sore
You need to see a neurologist. It might well be carpal tunnel syndrome. But it certainly doesn't sound like it's caused by a lack of B12.
i had CT scan yesterday never had so many problems until b12 was diagnosed
It does sound as if your problem may be musculoskeletal rather than B12 but sorting out a problem with wrist and hand can be quite difficult - on one level diagnosis would depend on which fingers you are having problems with .... and to me carpal tunnel manifested as problems opening the hand rather than problems closing though I guess it could be different for others.
If you have problems with the little finger then that would make carpal tunnel very unlikely but might indicate a problem elsewhere, eg in the neck or elbow.
A neurologist can do a nerve conduction study to find out where the problem is, or a referral to a physio who may be able to provide exercises to strengthen muscles which can free up a constriction.
You really need to see your doctor and talk through precisely which digits are involved etc.
Do you also have thyroid problems? I have found many of the same symptoms occur with both B12 and thyroid and self immune illnesses. I began treatment about a year ago and only now have some of my symptoms subsided. Good luck
No I'm pretty fit until I had blood test. ..had low b12....symtoms have improved slightly..but not all together with thanks
