Does anyone get over stressed and become dizzy and over tired because of their anemia. This has been going on a lot and I don’t know if I should ask my doctor to up my dosage. It usually happens in the same part of the day around 3pm and I take my tablet in the morning around 6 am.

Can you divide your dose and take one later as well.

My Gp said to take 2 doses.

I dont seem to absorb them but shd did suggest 2 doses.

Worth a try

Are you b12 deficient ?

Just wondering as you dont mention b12

If you are taking iron for aneamia the same applies

It can happen with PA as an absorption problem so that nutrients atd ofrn not absorbed

Actually I am B12 deficient and no I am not taking anything 5,000 mg b12 tablets that I have to put under my tongue. I just want the dizziness to go away.

Yrz I understand. I started with virtigo and bad dizziness . K actually couldnf walk properly. Its really horrible. Drinking water and eating little and often helped me. Yoghurt, almonds, strawberries and other foods help.

Try some cawthorne pysio exercises. They help me still.

Have you had your ferritin levels checked. I'm b12 deficient and my ferritin levels dropped too.

Also vit d and folate.

Just a thought .

Hope it improves soon

If your Anaemia is Pernicious Anaemia , you need B12 injections for life , not tablets .

Well it might become that way soon. I really don’t want to do injections. My doctor said if my B12 doesn’t go up then I will have to take injections.

Since you are taking sublingual tablets your labs would probably not be accurate and might miss a deficiency. Just something to keep in mind. Pay attention to your symptoms more than the lab results. Don't fear the injections, they are very tolerable. Just make sure the rubbing alcohol totally dries before the injection and you won't even feel it.
