The lots of water is not with meals but through the day!

Good the b12 tablets have helped. Also when you get bloods done include

Vit d

Ferritin

Iron studies

Thyroid

Folate (as already suggested)

Anh other vits of minerals

So you can take whatever supplements needed

I have had both from constipation and peeing a lot or not able to go at all. At one point I had to self catheter which was not pleasant and urine infections.

I notice I get pain more near the due date of my b12 and I pee lots more and have an upset stomach but then it get better after.

Make sure you get your folic acid checked too I found mine low and on tablets so if your finding your self fatigued it would tremendously help and may help your pins and needles too

Hope this helps :) x

My pins & needles in my fingers got worse after starting injections, along with my feet, which started with just tingling at first, then turned painful when walking, as if I had pebbles in my shoes.

Neurologist said it was small fibre neuropathy with nerve damage in my feet from lack of B12.

I've been self injecting every other day for over a year now after GP wouldn't increase frequency, even after my nurse said I should be getting every other day injections until symptoms ease.

I rarely get the pins & needles in my fingers anymore. The painful feet have eased very much, though I do get flare ups if I do too much.

I suffer with the opposite of constipation & my stomach always sounds like a drummer from a rock band playing!

But overall I feel the best I've felt in many years.

After joining this group & researching, I learned that symptoms can get worse before getting better. Very true in my case.

Thank you.

I get my ampoules from Germany. Bodfeld apotheke or versandapo (apologies as I can't remember the exact spelling).

There is a really helpful post on here by wedgewood who really helped me & has helped many others starting out & not knowing what to get or where from etc.

If I remember correctly, the last lot I bought were on offer, I paid around €59 for 100 ampoules with €9 delivery & they arrived in 3 days. The needles & syringes etc were from medisave here in UK.

Everything you need to know is in the post by wedgewood.

I'm sure they will point you in right direction when they see this if you can't find the post 👍
