Does anyone have any recommendations for auto injectors for B12 injections?

We got one for the Daughter a Union Medico one. She likes it but not what I imagined. The only thing Auto is once you’ve loaded your syringe press the button shoots into arm you still have to manually push the syringe plunger to empty B12 Liquid. Quite expensive.
