Feeling fearful

Hi Guys,

After the loading doses of b12 are finished, for 20 days I did not have any b12 shot. And from last few days I am feeling very fearful for sometime where I feel totally dead inside and feel fearful for no reason, shortness of breath is also there.

Any suggestions please.

During this period of fearfulness i am experiencing the symptoms of derealization as well, and I am questioning everything around me.

You. obviously need more B12 injections , as your symptoms are returning . We all need differing amounts of injections . I need an injection every week to keep symptoms away . If you have Pernicious Anaemia, you need injections for life .

Also make sure that you get enough Vitamin B9 ( called folate in leafy green vegetables, or folic acid in tablet form ) A modest tablet of 400 mcg would be good . Best wishes .

Also get your ferritin and iron checked. And vit d if you getting bloods done to check folate level.

Hope fully those horrible symptoms will pass with more b12 treatment

I can experience the detachment from everything and questioning

I put it down to illness and not being able to function in the world at present. Everything starts 'waking up!

I cant believe how much time I've lost so far.

Try relaxation techniques if possible and distraction .
