Hi,

The January edition of Waitrose Food magazine has an article about B12.

The article mentioned that Folic acid treatment can mask symptoms of B12 deficiency and that there are other causes of B12 deficiency besides diet eg PA, Crohn's disease and PPI drugs.

Just wondered whether other forum members had read the article.

I was really pleased to see that very good article . It could have gone a bit more in-depth , but for a short article in a food magazine , it was great !
