B12 injections in Italy

I have pernicious anaemia, and am moving to Italy. Can anyone tell me if B12 injectables are available over the counter in Italy?

Hi pennylane95, I have holidayed in spain, france and italy and have bought B12 from any pharmacy and then made an appointment for an injection with any of the many laboratory labs that seem to be in their towns. The just ask a few medical questions then give you the injection, never had a refusal and the charges range from 3 euros I spain to 14 euros in Italy. I usually get one monthly when away for an extended winter break away from Scottish winters. If you don’t see any labs as you’re walking about, ask at the pharmacy who can do it for you as I’ve also had it done in spain by a pharmacist,10 euros. Hope this helps.
