I was wondering if it was in my head or do my symptoms worsen at night. Maybe in the quiet time I am thinking about them more and distracted during the day. Today I had a fairly good day but hands/ arms feel shaky at night. Just curious. I know there is a lot of brilliant insight here
Thank you!

I don't have an answer but i can't think of anything that would mean symptoms should be worse at night so the not being distracted sounds a very plausible explanation.. you might be able to test it by making some quite time in the day and lying down for a rest - around 2-3pm would probably be the best time given natural sleep rythms.
Yes, good idea. I am very busy during the day . I feel the symptoms but at night they seem to bother me more so probably distract g myself from some of the minor ones
The parasthesia in my hands is almost unnoticeable during the day but much worse at night. Many people in the peripheral neuropathy support group I joined in 2006 reported bad burning and parasthesia in their feet at night. I think many of them had diabetic neuropathy. I get parasthesia in my feet only in the day; nothing at night.
